We offer on site

·Troubleshooting "specialize in Edwards (formerly BOC edwards)"

·Vacuum Pump strip and rebuild of virtually any pump to component level. The pump is carefully dismantled and laid out. The parts are then carfefully assesed for any wear on shafts seal ,rotors and stators. The pump is then cleaned with a non flammable low vapour solvent to ensure the pump is both clean for high vacuum and grease free.

The pump is then rebuilt with all new spares such as shaft seals, orings , exhaust valves , pump blades and gaskets."which genraelly come in one of our clean and overhaul kits"

The pump is then run and tested, perfomance is checked and the pump is resited into its system.

·Vacuum Gauge calibration

·Helium leak detection. we currently 2 on site  portable leak detectors for either hire or onsite leak testing. we have both a Leybold UL200 and Varian unit

·Pipe line installation / commissioning/pumps for pipeline drying

·Product relocation.Absolute vacuum has relocated alot of vacuum plant over the years, from small vacuum systems to large scale coating plant.We have access to heavy lifting equipment and we have many links with good transport companies.
