Pumps using oil-sealed rotary vane technology all rely on
the same basic mechanism: a rotor shaft inside a stationary body, the stator.
Into the rotor shaft are set a number of blades or vanes that can slide in and
out of the shaft. The rotation of the vanes sweeps gas through the pump.
We are able to supply pumps from 500 mbar to 0.003 mbar
with flow rates from as little as 1/2 m3/hour to 3000 m3/hour
