Edwards (formerly BOC Edwards) Electropneumatic control valves can be used to control the operation of pneumatically activated vacuum valves. Control valves are available in 3 port and 5 port versions and with different electrical supply voltages and frequencies to suit your application.

The actuators are rack and pinion opposed-piston units available in spring return or double acting versions. The spring return models employ a unique cartridge system that offers safety, simplicity and compactness. Manual operation is also available.

Edwards Electropneumatic control valves - Microswitch position sensors

To control external vacuum process management and detect valve status two microswitches detect valve open/closed status. A pointer also gives a visual warning. The microswitch box is switching higher current signals.
