I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of my company and myself in thanking you all for providing an excellent and truly professional service, meeting all our vacuum requirements over the past two years.

We were experiencing several problems in various areas, both in the repair/exchange system and solution requirements of our many customers. Our vendor/supplier was unable to satisfy us at the time and became increasingly expensive and unreliable in many aspects. Since you contacted myself, agreements were reached and our relationship and trust has grown steadily over time. My company has benefited greatly in all its vacuum requirements.

I would particularly like to thank you once again in solving our two-year-old problem concerning the overhaul of our SI100 Diffusion pumps. During that period I approached and tested several vacuum specialists, all without success and a great deal of time and finance was wasted, you came along, and the rest is history.
